What is the difference between these two manners loading custom pipelines ?

for example:

# manner 1
from diffusers import DiffusionPipeline
pipe = DiffusionPipeline.from_pretrained(
    "google/ddpm-cifar10-32", custom_pipeline="hf-internal-testing/diffusers-dummy-pipeline"
)

# manner 2
from cus_pipe import CustomPipeline    # cus_pipe is copied from hf-internal-testing/diffusers-dummy-pipeline
pipe = CustomPipeline.from_pretrained("google/ddpm-cifar10-32")

I guess manner 1 is more popular in the community. Other than that, I think there is no difference.
