This PR fixes an inconsistency in the Hub documentation where one reference to dataset count was missed during the update in #1751.
Background
PR #1751 updated the Hub statistics throughout
docs/hub/index.mdfrom:However, one reference in the "Datasets" section (line 118) still contained the outdated "200k datasets" figure.
