Regenerated Inference Providers docs after bumping @huggingface/tasks / @huggingface/inference.

Featherless AI VLM/image-text-to-text examples now use stepfun-ai/Step-3.7-Flash instead of Qwen/Qwen3.6-27B in the provider page and shared task snippets.

SambaNova is dropped from conversational LLM coverage: the Chat Completion (LLM) block is removed from sambanova.md, and sambanova is no longer listed in the multi-provider InferenceSnippet on the chat-completion task page.
