Overview
Bumps @huggingface/tasks from 0.21.13 to 0.21.16 in scripts/inference-providers (with lockfile) and refreshes auto-generated Inference Providers markdown.

Example model IDs in <InferenceSnippet> providersMapping change in a few places: Cohere Chat Completion (VLM) snippets now use CohereLabs/aya-vision-32b (c4ai-aya-vision-32b) instead of CohereLabs/command-a-plus-05-2026-w4a4; HF Inference zero-shot classification examples switch from MoritzLaurer/mDeBERTa-v3-base-xnli-multilingual-nli-2mil7 to facebook/bart-large-mnli. The same Cohere VLM mapping update appears on the cohere provider page, chat-completion VLM example, and image-text-to-text task page.
