Overview
Updates Inference Providers documentation to match Hyperbolic and SambaNova being removed from the platform.

Navigation & redirects: Drops both providers from _toctree.yml, deletes their generated provider pages and Handlebars templates, and adds _redirects.yml entries so old providers/hyperbolic and providers/sambanova URLs land on the main index. The doc generator’s PROVIDERS_URLS no longer lists hyperbolic or sambanova (and removes the unused Nebius template).

Content sweep: Removes them from the partners capability table on index.md, trims marketing copy (VS Code integration, multi-provider bullets), and replaces SambaNova / Hyperbolic in examples with Groq, Novita, or Nscale across quick starts, function-calling, Hub API curl samples, and the Inspect AI provider-comparison guide (including benchmark tables).

Generated snippets: Refreshes chat-completion providersMapping without those providers; updates Fal AI and text-to-video snippets to use Wan-AI/Wan2.2-TI2V-5B instead of the prior LongCat example.
