Automated refresh of Inference Providers docs after upgrading @huggingface/inference to ^4.13.22 and @huggingface/tasks to ^0.21.19 in scripts/inference-providers, with matching lockfile updates.

The regenerated snippets change the hf-inference example model for zero-shot classification from facebook/bart-large-mnli to MoritzLaurer/mDeBERTa-v3-base-xnli-multilingual-nli-2mil7 on both the provider page and the zero-shot-classification task page.
