Atomic Chat not appearing in "Use this model" or Settings → Local Apps

Atomic Chat was added to LOCAL_APPS in #2076 and shipped in @huggingface/tasks@0.20.24 (current latest on npm)

However, it doesn't appear in either place:

• "Use this model" dropdown — tested on https://huggingface.co/TheBloke/Llama-2-7B-GGUF, no Atomic Chat option
• https://huggingface.co/settings/local-apps - not listed

Other apps with identical config (e.g. Jan — also deeplink-only with isLlamaCppGgufModel) appear in both places.

Is there an additional step needed beyond adding an entry to LOCAL_APPS? Or has the Hub not yet picked up v0.20.24?
