Added: 2020 era AMD Radeon Pro GPU entries

This PR adds several AMD Radeon Pro GPU entries from the 2019 Intel Mac Pro line to packages/tasks/src/hardware.ts.

• Radeon Pro 580X — 8 GB
• Radeon Pro W5700X — 16 GB
• Radeon Pro W5100 — 8 GB
• Radeon Pro W7100 — 8 GB
• Radeon Pro Vega II — 32 GB

I use these GPUs in my cluster and noticed they are not in the list yet.

Overview
Adds five AMD Radeon Pro entries to AMD_GPU_SKUS in hardware-amd.ts so cluster hardware matching can recognize GPUs common on 2019 Intel Mac Pro and older workstation builds: 580X, W5700X, WX 5100, WX 7100, and Vega II, each with tflops, memory, gfxVersion, MSRP, power, and release year.

A short comment notes LLVM’s gfx803 mapping for Polaris (580X / WX cards). No runtime or aggregation logic changes—only the shared SKU catalog consumed via SKUS.GPU.AMD.
