Dockerfile improve local path

This PR improves the docker build command and docs.

Major improvements

1. allow flakes with path: ../.. by resolving the path and appending the hash
2. handle default working dir at runtime
3. expect -w argument when running docker
4. improve and test all docker examples so commands work out of box
