Firstly, I love this project so thank you for all of the work that's gone into it.
I've made this PR to add some setup docs. The CDN method doesn't allow me to use regular Tailwind alongside the Basecoat components. The only other setup was to use NPM, which I refuse to use in non-JS projects :)
This change just adds the option to setup using the standalone Tailwind CLI on the
/installationdocs path
