fix: prevent LibreOffice install, remove favorite-apps customization

- Add install_recommends: false to ubuntu-desktop-minimal
  This prevents LibreOffice from being pulled in as a recommended package
  LibreOffice is opt-in via dfe_install_libreoffice variable

- Remove favorite-apps from dconf defaults (both winlike and maclike)
  Let users configure their own dock/taskbar pinned apps
