Strange problem with the map

I noticed a strange problem with the OFM map in Åland. On the OFM map, the houses are in the ocean.

If you switch to the OSM map or MML Base Map, the houses and roads are on the ground as they should be. Check out this link.

What could be causing this?

Same promlem is also in OSM if you zoom in.
If you zoom little bit out with OSM then to ground is coming back.

I noticed the same issue. I made a note to OSM that at zoom levels Mariehamn disappears from the map at certain zoom levels, but the issue is more prevalent on OFM.

Now I find new place with same type problem. Now only OFM is wrong. OSM is right.
