Update Hyperlight dependency to hyperlight-dev/hyperlight

Summary

host/Cargo.toml has a git dependency pointing to danbugs/hyperlight. This needs to be updated to hyperlight-dev/hyperlight once the snapshot-to-disk PR is merged there.

Partially closed w/ #7 , but let's leave closing this issue for when we are using a proper release from HL and not a feature branch.
