Update kraftkit references from danbugs to unikraft

Summary

All kraftkit references (README, publish-examples.yml, test-examples.yml) still point to danbugs/kraftkit on the hyperlight-platform branch. Once unikraft/kraftkit#2797 merges, update them to unikraft/kraftkit with the appropriate branch.

#70 changed the README to refer to the upstream krafkit-hyperlight over at https://github.com/unikraft/kraftkit/tree/plat-hyperlight (might still need to change CI?), but this issue remains open until unikraft/kraftkit#2823 merges and we update the references to no longer use the feature branch.
