Add authentication settings

This is to add a UI to set authentication settings for the API calls.

For starters I imagine:

1. Basic
   • username
   • password
2. Bearer
   • token
3. OAuth2 (optionally if not too complicated)

This will then be integrated with hypermedia-app/Alcaeus#62
