Governance

Default governance note for hyperpolymath projects. Individual repositories may document their own governance and supersede this.

Decision-making

These are primarily research and personal-estate projects. Direction and final decisions rest with the maintainer (@hyperpolymath). Contributions are welcome and reviewed on their merits.

How decisions are made

  • Significant or hard-to-reverse changes are discussed in an issue or discussion before implementation.
  • Soundness and correctness concerns take precedence over features.
  • Where a change would take more than a couple of minutes to review or revert, expect it to be raised for discussion first rather than merged directly.

Licensing & provenance

Code and config are licensed MPL-2.0; prose documentation is CC-BY-SA-4.0. Licence and provenance changes are made manually by the maintainer and are not delegated to automation.

Becoming a contributor

Open good issues and PRs. Sustained, high-quality contribution to a given project may lead to triage or review permissions on that repository, at the maintainer's discretion.
