Populate FUNDING.yml with canonical estate handles

Reconciled against standards/.github: github/ko_fi/liberapay = hyperpolymath
(the estate-canonical funding handles, present on ~1000 repos). standards'
other .github contents (markdown issue templates, dependabot.yml, copilot
config, reusable workflows) are either superseded by the YAML forms here or
not organization-inheritable, so they are intentionally not carried over.
