Dual-Use Notice

007 is an agent meta-language — a language for creating agents that create agents. This technology has potential for both beneficial and harmful applications. The capability-based security model, Harvard Architecture separation, and proof-carrying code features are designed to make agent creation SAFER, not to enable harmful uses.

Any use of this technology must comply with applicable laws and ethical standards. The author assumes no responsibility for misuse.

Experimental Status

This software is under active development. All APIs, syntax, semantics, and toolchain interfaces are subject to change without notice. Do not build production systems on this foundation without accepting this risk.

The type system has not been formally proven sound (Progress + Preservation theorems are pending). Safety guarantees are best-effort, not proven.
