registry-readiness: relicense MPL-2.0 throughout, de-LLM, honest docs (#8)

Mirrors the Axiom.jl#18 owner-approved treatment (the chain root for
#155654):
- Licensing: removed the PMPL/MPL-2.0 dual-license contradiction goerz
  flagged. 58 files PMPL-1.0-or-later -> MPL-2.0 (SPDX + prose); LICENSE
  rebuilt as MPL-2.0 text; LICENSES/PMPL-1.0-or-later.txt removed; added
  REUSE.toml; flake.nix license mit->mpl20. 0 PMPL/Palimpsest refs left.
- De-LLM: removed 0-AI-MANIFEST.a2ml, llm-warmup-dev.md, llm-warmup-user.md.
- Docs: honest README (real scope, NOT-this section, prior-art vs
  CUDA.jl/KernelAbstractions/Adapt, verified usage output); NOTICE rewritten
  to plain MPL-2.0.
- Verified: Pkg.test() passes (650/650 property tests); 0 PMPL refs.
