chore(licence): remove residual Palimpsest/PMPL/dual-license contradiction text

Targeted, proven patterns only; leaves legitimate anti-AGPL rules and the
Philosophy-Palimpsest brand badge untouched. Aligns prose/metadata with the
MPL-2.0 normalisation.
