chore(licence): remove residual Palimpsest/PMPL contradiction text (#39)

Targeted cleanup of template-propagated licence-contradiction text
(humans.txt/ai.txt/README badges/RSR_OUTLINE/k9 examples) to match the
MPL-2.0 normalisation. Proven patterns; legitimate anti-AGPL rules
untouched.
