chore(stdlib): dedupe PascalCase Math/Option/Result + add naming guard (#82)

* chore(stdlib): delete PascalCase Math.affine (lowercase math.affine is canonical)

* chore(stdlib): delete PascalCase Option.affine (lowercase option.affine is canonical)

* chore(stdlib): delete PascalCase Result.affine (lowercase result.affine is canonical)

* ci: add stdlib lowercase naming check (prevents PascalCase regression)
