…real) The pin `dtolnay/rust-action@43388701980327f2ec9d300445d44007802f06c1 # v1.0.0` is fabricated at TWO levels: the action name `dtolnay/rust-action` does not exist on GitHub, and the SHA was a hallucinated suffix. The intended action is `dtolnay/rust-toolchain` (no `-action` suffix) — a popular Rust-toolchain setup action that accepts the same `targets`, `toolchain`, and `components` inputs already used here. Replaced with: `dtolnay/rust-toolchain@e97e2d8cc328f1b50210efc529dca0028893a2d9 # stable` (verified real via gh api; matches the v1 tag). Provenance: 2026-05-30 estate audit.
