refactor: move echidna-llm-mcp to standalone repo
Extracted via git filter-repo to preserve full history.
Standalone repo now at /var/mnt/eclipse/repos/echidna-llm-mcp
with its own GitHub remote (hyperpolymath/echidna-llm-mcp).
Reduces boj-server clone size and improves modularity.
