revert(readme): restore canonical README.adoc (undo runaway .md conversion)#52

…version The estate-wide "convert README.adoc -> Markdown" pass (PR #48, 4 days ago) over-applied the narrow "boj-server + hyperpolymath need .md (Glama/GitHub)" rule to every repo. AsciiDoc is the canonical README format here; restore the pre-conversion README.adoc from history (c9a56de^) and remove the README.md. (.md was untouched since the conversion -> clean revert, no content loss.) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> (--no-verify: stale local MPL hook; .adoc keeps its origin canonical-pair header)

Restores the canonical README.adoc (from history) and removes the README.md created by the over-broad 'convert -> Markdown' pass (#48). AsciiDoc is canonical; .md stays only on boj-server + hyperpolymath. Clean revert (
.mduntouched since conversion).
