New TUI features (v0.3.0):
- Bandwidth scheduling with work hours/night sync presets
- Conflict resolution options (none, newer, older, larger, smaller, path1, path2)
- Desktop notification toggle
- Presets for Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive rate limits

Based on research into:
- Native client feature gaps (Smart Sync, overlay icons, bandwidth limits)
- User complaints from Reddit/HN/rclone forums about missing features
