Item #12: rescript-ecosystem integrity + rescript-tea lossless consolidation (#69)

Estate handover **Item #12** (structural ReScript relocation). Scope
this PR: integrity fixes + the *lossless, reversible* part of
rescript-tea consolidation. **No source repo retired.**

## Mechanism ruled
In-tree, history-preserving — **not** git submodules (resolves the prior
half-finished submodule divergence).

## Integrity
- `.gitmodules`: removed 5 orphan `rescript-ecosystem/*` submodule
stanzas. The dirs were already tracked in-tree (mode `100644`, empty
`git submodule status`) — stanzas were cruft misrepresenting structure.
- `README.adoc`: corrected the overstated "26 packages consolidated into
a cohesive workspace" claim → accurate **in-progress** status;
package-group tables reframed as *target* layout.
- Added `MIGRATION.adoc` (authoritative per-package state +
reconciliation worklist), `TRANSFER.adoc`, `connectors/` scaffold
(preserved FFI/proven-adapter seam, per policy).

## rescript-tea
Origin `github.com/hyperpolymath/rescript-tea` is **left to this
monorepo** as the canonical legacy base.
- Brought forward **only lossless, source-only** assets (additive, no
overwrite): `src/tea/Tea_Layout.{res,resi}` (750 LOC — would have been
lost in a bare delete), `test/Tea_{Cmd,Json}_test.res`,
`examples/{02_http,03_swot_dashboard}`.
- The `src/*` two-way divergence (e.g. `Tea_Sub` 405↔201, `Tea_Json`
354↔362) is **not** merged — no ReScript toolchain to validate.
Standalone repo **not retired**; exit criteria tracked in
`MIGRATION.adoc`.
- `SUCCESSOR.adoc`: **affinescript-tea** is the go-forward; do **not**
hand-port — blocked on `affinescript#61–64` (same as
`gitbot-fleet#148`).

## Deliberately out of scope
- gitbot-fleet ReScript: blocked by `gitbot-fleet#148` (Item #8 tracker)
— not touched.
- Per-module semantic merge + standalone-repo retirement: deferred
(irreversible; needs toolchain validation).
- Parent `.gitmodules` `v-ecosystem/*` shows the same orphan pattern —
flagged in MIGRATION.adoc, not fixed here (out of scope).
