12 satellite submodules updated after removing local justfiles.
4 pushed to GitHub (recon-silly-ation, polysafe-gitfixer,
robot-repo-automaton, robot-vacuum-cleaner).
6 repos not found on remote (may be renamed/consolidated).
grim-repo already had justfile absent, oikos not found.
