docs(handover): update task-status snapshot — Real-Chapel + Dafny + VeriSimDB all done

Move Real-Chapel CI job (3fb6c6b), Dafny deep-wiring (e54275d), and
VeriSimDB record emission (13cf817) from P0/P1 pending to Complete.
P0 now correctly points only to the live-provers.yml nightly watch.
P1 L3 finishers trimmed to Wave-3 + Wave-4 only.
