chore(license): flip 343 PMPL→MPL-2.0 SPDX stamps (#285)

Per 2026-06-02 estate license-policy directive: sole-owner repos default
to MPL-2.0. ephapax LICENSE is already MPL-2.0; source SPDX stamps
drifted to PMPL-1.0-or-later from legacy carve-out era. Single PR sweep
(no submodules, no own-LICENSE subdirs, no fork-adjacent content). Same
shape as neurophone#102, dev-ecosystem#103/105, ngdb#29, stapeln#86,
reposystem#90.
