feat: create Game Server Admin — universal game server probe + config management
Standalone repo evolved from gossamer/examples/game-server-admin/ into a full system with Gossamer GUI, VeriSimDB backing, and Clade-native panels. - Idris2 ABI layer: Types.idr, Foreign.idr, Layout.idr (formal type specs) - Zig FFI layer: probe engine, config extraction (7 formats), A2ML emit, VeriSimDB client, server actions, game profile registry - Ephapax core: Shell, Bridge (16 IPC handlers), Types (linear/affine), Capabilities (4 capability tokens with gated operations) - Gossamer GUI: 7 panels (server browser, config editor, server actions, live logs, health dashboard, config history, cross-server search) - 17 game profiles: Valheim, Barotrauma, DST, Minecraft Java/Bedrock, Factorio, Terraria, ARK, Rust, CS2, GMod, PZ, Starbound, DayZ, Void Expanse, IDApTIK, Burble - 9 panel clade definitions with K9 kennel configs - PanLL harness manifest with 9 data sources and 3 integrations - Dedicated VeriSimDB instance config (port 8090, persistent, 15s drift) - GSA-specific justfile recipes (probe, add-profile, generate-clades, etc.) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
