Estate no-Python rule: replace tests/check-examples.py with tests/check-examples.sh (jq well-formedness + manifest pairing + a schema-drift guard vs the canonical checker schema + verdict round-trip via the sibling Idris2 tropecheck binary when built). Re-vendor design/trope-ir.schema.json; docs off Python. just check green.
