LICENSE=verbatim MPL-2.0 (GitHub display); code->MPL-2.0,
docs(.md/.adoc)->CC-BY-SA-4.0; vendored untouched. Residual mentions
(mostly legitimate anti-AGPL rules): 27. Manual-review licence PR.
