docs(ecosystem-status): ground the maa-framework entry from repo metadata
Replaces the "not accessible" placeholder with the real description discovered via GitHub repo search: maa-framework = "Mutually Assured Accountability Framework -- hub for MAA, Oblibeny, and Aletheia" (Rust, MPL-2.0, active), plus valence-shell ("formally verified shell implementing the MAA Framework"). The Must/Intend/Wish rows remain ungrounded -- the repo is outside this session's scope (content reads denied; add_repo tooling unavailable), so only metadata, not its STATE/contractiles, was available.
