feat: initial methodologies repo — 26 methodologies, 3 field reports, 1 ADR

Private repo capturing design decisions, learnings, and methodologies
from AI-assisted software development across the hyperpolymath ecosystem.

Core methodologies (fully documented):
- Productive Meandering v3 (6 field tests, 19 refinements)
- TSDM (Triaxial Software Development Methodology)
- Event Chain + Critical Chain (Theory of Constraints for AI agents)
- Parallel Audit v2 (exclusive scoping, standardised output)
- Multi-Agent Coordination (alternating passes, build mutex)
- Resource Management (token/disk/RAM guardrails)
- Hypatia Feedback Loop (automated methodology learning)
- RSR (Rhodium Standard Repositories as methodology)

20 additional methodology stubs from memory file analysis.

Field reports: Ambientops meander, multi-session synthesis,
Stapeln TSDM+Meander hybrid validation.

ADR-001: Three-Agent Architecture (Diverge/Converge/TSDM) — proposed.
