docs(readme): add software-freedom badges + local-first sentiment

- Badges: Keepable software, Not SaaS-bound, Runs after shutdown
  (AsciiDoc image: macros, joined to the existing badge row)
- Centred sentiment line: Local-first, User-owned data, No server
  required, Runs offline
