docs: wire KnotTheory.jl + nextgen-typing into scope-table sibling list (#43)

## What

Completes the estate rule's "keep the others updated" clause: adds the
two final repos to this scope table's sibling-wiring list —
**KnotTheory.jl** (knot-theory mathematics library / Skein weak-dep) and
**nextgen-typing** (type-theory coordination monorepo).

One-line addition off current `main`, under `docs/` (within the
coordinator/placement-guard boundary). (An earlier attempt orphaned
itself by pushing after the affirmation PRs had already merged; this is
the clean re-do.)
