chore(submodules): bump eclexia + wokelang pointers

- eclexia b5c2401..d2df689: spec proposal 0001 (tropical grading for
  the QTT modality). Already on origin/main; just syncing the pointer
  in this monorepo to match.
- wokelang 2b336ea..75c1e2a: picks up the eval-removal security fix on
  the feat/e2e-validation-tests branch (the wokelang submodule has
  been tracking the feature branch in this monorepo). Will land on
  wokelang main when the feature branch merges.

Affinescript pointer is deliberately NOT bumped: the local
affinescript commit (2b676da, 'refactor: globally rename .as
extension to .affine') conflicts with upstream PRs #13/#15/#16/#17
which already merged the same .as → .affine rename. The two efforts
diverge in wiki/compiler/architecture.md. Resolution requires
user judgement and is documented as a follow-up.
