docs: verified language status report with actual testing

- WokeLang: 100% complete (field access works, workers work, LSP exists)
- Eclexia: 90% complete (5/32 conformance tests passing, parser gaps documented)
- My-Lang: ~75% unverified (build blocked on openssl-devel)

Method: Actual builds, tests, and examples - not estimates
Supersedes: LANGUAGE-STATUS-MASTER.md (outdated)
