merge: estate standardization (flat contractiles, 6a2 manifest, governance docs)

Merge origin/estate-standardization-20260607 into main.

Conflict resolutions:
- .claude/CLAUDE.md, .github/workflows/casket-pages.yml,
  .github/workflows/instant-sync.yml: kept origin/main versions.
- Modify/delete on .machine_readable/MUST.contractile and
  contractiles/{intend,must,trust}/*: deletions accepted AFTER porting
  their content into the flat .machine_readable/contractiles/*.a2ml.

The estate branch's flat contractiles were rsr-template-repo stubs;
fully repopulated with repo-true content ported from the retired
root/nested contractiles, plus new flat Dustfile.a2ml (ported from
nested dust/) and Bustfile.a2ml (net-new, repo-true).

flake.nix removal accepted per estate-wave decision (Guix primary).
