docs(scope): wire KnotTheory.jl + nextgen-typing into sibling-concerns list

Cross-reference completing the estate rule's 'keep the others updated' clause:
the two final repos (KnotTheory.jl - knot-theory math library / Skein weak-dep;
nextgen-typing - type-theory coordination monorepo) now appear in this table's
sibling-wiring list. Applied off current main (the earlier push orphaned after
the affirmation PRs had already merged).
