feat: add registry adapters for 4 hyperpolymath languages
Integrate oblibeny, my-lang, julia-the-viper, and error-lang with OPSM universal package manager for multi-language dependency resolution. Changes: - Add oblibeny registry adapter (obli-pkg integration) - Add my-lang registry adapter (my-pkg integration) - Add julia-the-viper registry adapter (viper-pkg integration) - Add error-lang registry adapter (error-pkg integration) - Update registry.ex to register all 4 new adapters Each adapter supports: - Registry mode (future) with HTTPS endpoints - Git fallback mode (current) for manifest fetching - Package search, fetch, exists, versions operations - TOML manifest parsing (Cargo.toml, Viper.toml, error.toml, oblibeny.toml) Total: 12 registries now supported (npm, hex, crates, pypi, nimble, idris2, git, agentic, oblibeny, my-lang, julia-the-viper, error-lang) Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
