chore: clean root cruft — remove session artifacts, stale release, template justfile

- Remove 10 session/status files (CRYPTO-*, SESSION-*, FINAL-*, STATE-UPDATE-*, RELEASE-v1.0.0)
- Remove opsm-v1.0.0-source.tar.gz (use GitHub Releases)
- Remove template justfile (keep project-specific Justfile)
- Move SECURITY-STANDARDS.scm to .machine_readable/
- Move CRYPTO-USAGE-EXAMPLES.md to docs/
