docs(campaigns): add 2026-05-26 estate sweep report (human + machine)

Two-session estate sweep across 369 repos. 17 narrow PRs, 1 critical bug
fix (svalinn JWT verify), 35+ tracking issues, 24 bridge CVE issues,
3 upstream bug reports against panic-attack itself.

Adds:
- docs/campaigns/2026-05-26.md   — human-readable summary
- docs/campaigns/2026-05-26.a2ml — machine-readable A2ML companion

Both sit alongside the campaign tracker comments on issue #32; the .a2ml
form follows the panic-attack campaign-report v1.0.0 schema (introduced
in this file).

Notable mid-campaign discoveries:
- ReScript %raw blocks elide bindings the compiler can't see (4
  independent occurrences in svalinn fixed in PR svalinn#14)
- bridge triage's 'Remove unused dependency' action assumes direct dep
  but fires on transitive deps (filed as panic-attack#47)
- PA021 ProofDrift counts keywords inside Isabelle docstring
  antiquotations (filed as panic-attack#43)
