• Reframes the public README around defensive spectrum-awareness, secure coordination, synthetic simulation, resilience, and autonomy-safety boundaries.
• Adds DEFENSIVE-USE.md and clarifies license, policy, and export-control separation.
• Cools down public docs, roadmap wording, Trustfile metadata, package metadata, and touched API/test comments without renaming compatibility APIs.
• Updates public repository links to robodog-defensive-systems-lab.
