chore(registry): regenerate REGISTRY.a2ml after sub-repo workflow changes

Adding timeout-minutes to workflows under registered home dirs (0-ai-gatekeeper-protocol/, a2ml/, k9-svc/, k9-coordination-protocol/, contractiles/) changed those homes' source_hash. Regenerated via scripts/build-registry.sh (deterministic, no-network) so registry-verify passes. This is the registry doing its job — content changed under a home, so its hash updated.
