chore(registry): refresh REGISTRY.a2ml hashes after #361 sub-repo workflow edits

#361 added timeout-minutes to workflows under registered home dirs (0-ai-gatekeeper-protocol/, a2ml/, k9-svc/, k9-coordination-protocol/, contractiles/), changing their source_hash, but merged without the registry regeneration — leaving registry-verify red on main. This regenerates REGISTRY.a2ml (deterministic, no-network) so the gate is green again.
