docs: add Container-Hater Test and UX Manifesto

CONTAINER-HATER-TEST.md:
- Addresses all pain points of container-haters
- 10 major pain points with stapeln solutions
- Compares traditional vs stapeln approach
- Secret weapons: Simulation mode, Gap analysis, Auto-fix
- User testing protocol for real-world validation
- Success criteria: Deploy 3-tier app in <30 min without docs
- Feedback collection plan

UX-MANIFESTO.md:
- Core principle: "If you have to read the manual, we failed"
