docs: AFFIRMATION snapshot — typed-wasm as of fe86444 (honest: records Zig FFI build failure)

Point-in-time, jointly-signed honesty attestation per the estate AFFIRMATION
standard. Dual-licensed MPL-2.0 OR CC-BY-SA-4.0. Ground-truthed this session:
- idris2 --build exit 0 / 24 modules; 152 Rust tests green;
- tests/e2e.sh: 48 passed / 1 failed / 6 skipped — the 1 failure IS the Zig FFI build;
- ffi/zig does NOT build under zig 0.15.2 (opaque-types-with-fields + explicit-libc
  + RegionSchema test/impl drift) — recorded as a fenced loud failure, not buried.
