chore: clean up legacy Trustfile.hs, example Trustfiles, and AI.djot files

- Convert Trustfile.hs to standardized Trustfile.a2ml format
- Remove Trustfile example files
- Remove legacy AI.djot files (migrated to 0-AI-MANIFEST.a2ml)
- Remove duplicate root AI.a2ml files
